I've always noticed that people who are exited about something write in such a way that their excitement shows in the post, and that always makes reading the post so much more enjoyable.

Good luck on your new blog.

I like how you mention the power of expression. That's the best way to go. If you blog about something you are passionate about or how you feel, it's easy. People who feel the same way will enjoy coming to your blog because they feel the same. Just be yourself and let you blog grow. I just started one and plan on writing about anything that comes to mind.

Yep, just keep bustin' out posts I myself would like to read, I guess.

I have upped my posting from about 2x weekly to 3x to 4x. I'm not getting as many comments as I used to per post, but my ego is kinda over that now. :)

Guest posting to big blogs might be a good way to go too. Have you done any of those? Apparently, a few links to BIG sites can be better than 50 to small-traffic sites.

toodles,

Yeah, this would make a good post topic, how to lower your Alexa. Why not?

more toodles!

You are so write Jan, blogging can do so many things to help us and others we come into contact with.

It's true too that writing things on our blogs can have therapeutic effects as well.

Just goes to show how some moron can abuse the power that they have. I'm glad that the majority of people do the right things, and perhaps if people ignore those that do the wrong things they will change their bad habits.
