I am in the same boat as you too. My blog’s PR remained at PR3 while my main Work At Home Ideas page went down from PR3 to PR2. I too feel that there should be some kind of a general statement from the BIG G explaining a little, but guess it’s not going to happen. Like Yan mentioned its the quality of the link not the quantity. Personally I like to do thing different and gamble on sites that are PR 0 in hopes they will receive a nice PR ranking.
