Probably even use it as your screen saver every now and then. ;) Uh-oh. Watermarks may not prevent other people from saving a copy of your photo and using it as much as they please, but at least everybody else who sees that photo will know where/who it is originally from. Okay ... a bit far fetched, but this is what happens after a whole day of photo shoots at a barn. ;) Watermarks can certainly provide photographers with some sort of security with their photos, especially with those posted online. I've been using watermarks too on my photos, even though I am so far away from being a professional photographer. Most of the photos I take are those of my family, especially those of my 2-year-old daughter. Watermarks are certainly a great way to protect your photos and advertise at the same time. I've had some previous trouble about seeing some of my photos in other people's sites.
