I can't believe I didn't find this theme earlier. What's cool is that I can run a standard blog but also build a professional sales page that I send people to to buy ebooks that I write. For those that don't want the hassle or don't have the time he's designed several skins that would suit different niches like dating sites, bodybuilding, cell phones, ringtone and the list goes on. Last I looked they were $14.99 each and you would get 20% off if you bought 3. Like I said though, you can do it all yourself, as I do all my theme changes, but some people may prefer to have it already done.
