His reasons were erroneous as he wasn’t being attacked at all. Someone was merely being honest about what they thought about his product and he should be man enough to accept that.

I’m not siding with anyone really but I think Brian had his reasons. He felt like he was being attacked and so he responded. That’s human nature. I would like to say I would do something differently but truth be told I really doubt it.

I agree with you, Holly. Way over the top, and it was like he tried to intimidate her. That’s why I called him a punk; would he dare have stepped to someone like that in person?

Interesting you should put it that way. It occurs to me that what’s nice about it is that (a) you know she didn’t NEED the help, and (b) you stepped up in support of her, regardless. :) A lady doesn’t have to need you to appreciate you.

Mitch,

I never try to intimidate anyone, either. It just happens. ;) I read the exchange; I don’t know Lis and I don’t know Brian, but Lis is the customer, Brian’s the seller, and Brian lost his cool and definitely came across as a bully. I have no use for bullies.

I didn’t see any libel in Lis’s post or her surprisingly pleasant replies to Brian. If anything damaged his reputation or his business it was his own words in the comments section.
