FlexSqueeze Latest Update Can Make Your Posts Rock

I’ve just installed the latest update for FlexSqueeze, and while I’m still playing with it I can’t help but tell you how exited I am. Honestly Ryan has really done a remarkable job with this latest update.

With this update he has enabled certain features that used to only work in the squeeze page part of the theme so they now work in your every day post. Features that will make your post stand out from the rest. All that is required is to add a small code snippet when writing your post.

I would like to show you some of the things that you can do with the latest FlexSqueeze update. naturally you probably wouldn’t want to use all of them with each post you do, although you may be tempted :tongue_rolleye_ee: as that would be silly.

[testimonial]What you’re seeing now is one version of his “testimonial” code which is meant to be used when showing your readers testimonials you’ve received from people who have tried your products, or perhaps you could use it simply when quoting text that you’ve copied from another site.[/testimonial]

The next one you would only use for actual testimonials. This is the blue one, yes they can have different colors.
[testimonialbox color=blue]I just want everybody to know that I have never looked back ever since using FlexSqueeze. It’s the best out of the box theme I’ve ever bought and worth ever cent.

Sire – Photos2Blog.com [/testimonialbox]

[redbox]Or, perhaps you would like to highlight a portion of your post because it’s important and you want it to stand out. There are four colors that could be used.[/redbox]

[shadow width=450]Heck, Just to be a little different you may even want to apply a little shadow effect. You can use it above or below a paragraph, or even above and below as I have done.[shadow width=450]

Imagine, you get all this for free, just for buying FlexSqueeze! But there is more :smile2_ee:

You can even highlight parts of your text. [highlight]This is really important so I want to draw your attention to it so that you don’t miss what I’m trying to say here. :thumbup_tb: [/highlight]

Do you like doing lists? Well you should because they have been proven to be a winner. Well how would you like yours to stand out from the rest?

  • Impress your readers
  • Show them your different
  • Stand out from the rest

Or perhaps this would look better?

  • Make your points stand out
  • Graphics captures people’s attention
  • Use your theme’s attributes to your advantage

There are really quite a few to choose from as these are only a small sample.

  • Great for when creating a sales page
  • People will remember you for what you do
  • People will come back if you offer them something they can’t get somewhere else

I could go on but I don’t want to bore you, so why don’t I finish off with my guarantee.

[guarantee color=blue]

OK, that’s it, I now give you my iron clad guarantee that you will absolutely love the latest FlexSqueeze update. It will absolutely change the way you blog and your blog will stand out from the rest if you use it.

What’s that you’re not using FlexSqueeze? Well, then perhaps you should make a life blog changing choice by getting your very own FlexSqueeze, a decision you will not regret.[/guarantee]

Oh, I haven’t really got a money back guarantee, that’s simply another shortcode you could use on a squeeze page or if you were offering one on a product you were selling.  :thumbup_ee:

Just leave a comment if you’ve any questions or have anything to say. If you really liked the post perhaps you would share it with your friends.

EDIT: And since writing this post there has been another update which really makes this theme rock!

    Hi Sire,

That does look like it would be a huge time saver to have all those features automatically built in. I have a domain that I’ve been meaning to develop for a while now, that might work well using squeeze pages. If I ever find myself with the time to work on that site, I know where to come for a theme. :-)

  2. Hi Sire

I like it. Looks really impressive. Will definitely RT this post as I am sure there will be others who will be interested in reading about all the features.

Have a great weekend. Sun shining and beautiful sunny day here in Perth :-)

      1. Sire,it is really impressive.You got a new look.

        1. Thanks, I use this look every Christmas.

  3. Hi Pete!

Looks very spiffy, mate. I like it.

  4. Now this feature sure makes this theme quite interesting and I did not know that this came “built in” Flexsqueeze. I understood this right? The theme comes with this feature already? No need to pay “extra”?

    1. This is actually part of the update and as I didn’t have to pay for it I reckon it’s safe to say that it’s free. :ponder_tb: :cheese1_ee:

There were lots of other features that I didn’t include in this post which are more plug and play, as in rather than add a code snippet they’re activated at a click of a mouse.

  5. Great call to action feature..so many sites need this I used an alternative plugin because I didn’t know about flex squeeze and I am still trying to balance working for myself and working for someone else…currently it is 0-1 because of time constraints. Thanks for the heads up

  6. Sire – The latest update for the FlexSqueeze looks great. I love how you gave examples of it’s features all the way through this post. I want it, but $127 is a little expensive for me right now, is there a discount price? And can the FlexSqueeze work on WordPress blogs? Thanks.

    1. For now I still kind of cringe at anything online beyond $100 bucks, although I know that I’d definitely get my money’s worth.

The way you present the features here, Sire, almost makes me want to buy it to replace my existing theme. But until I get over my phobia at $100 plus online transactions (but I’m almost there, having bought $97 stuff online), I will have to make do with imitating those features the hard way, that is manually. :)

      1. It was actually under a hundred dollars for a single license but now he seems to be just selling the one for unlimited domains. I’m not sure why he’s doing that, but obviously he thinks it’s the right marketing choice.

Having so many blogs I bought that option anyway, but I can see why someone with one blog may not want to.

  7. Hi Sire,

I haven’t done a comment on your blog for a while now, I’ve been constructing a theme from photoshop design into WordPress.

I also personally like the Flexibility/Flexsqueeze theme.

Have you see what I’ve done on my site with some css3 and other tweaks? I be happy to share with you some customisation tips and showcase what can be done with Flexibility/Flexsqueeze.

    Cheers,

    1. Hi Ben,

I also haven’t been to your site for quite some time. I reckon we’re both pretty busy these days. Having said that, I will come over to see what you’ve done, although I probably won’t change too much by physically playing with the files as it’s always a hassle when there’s an upgrade. I do find that because Flexsqueeze is so flexible you don’t have to manually change the files.

  8. I came to your post comparing Thesis to Flexsqueeze.

I to own Thesis, and am loathe to pay for something else, but though Thesis is great I find to make it look less Thesis’ly you need to be geekier than I am!

I’m looking for something to pimp up reviews I do on http://hubzz.net & your post showing built in list icons etc in the FS theme intrigued me. Will FS be the ticket?

Also, Thesis does a pretty good job of getting SEO stuff done out of the gate, is this built into FS to? Or do I need yet another plugin, such as AllinoneSEO

    Ta

    Bruce

(This may be a duplicate, I think I took to long on the first one & it had expired when I hit submit…so delete if needed)

    1. It does not have the same SEO features as Thesis Bruce but that doesn’t bother me as I find Platinum SEO does a very good job as far as SEO goes.

  9. I’ve been using Thesis for a couple of years now, and have had some great results from it especially with getting my sites to rank mainly with just unique content and on-page optimisation. I think Thesis works well because it appears to have been designed from the ground up with SEO and ranking in mind and although some of the features of Flexsqueeze look great and it seems easier to change without having to resort to the dreaded “hooks”, I’m just not sure I’d get the same results.

I’ve the “Thesis vs Flexsqueeze” blog post, but was wondering if anyone had made the change (either way) and what thier findings have been?

    1. As far as SEO goes I use the ultimate Platinum SEO plugin and I find it easier than what Thesis has built into its theme. Don ‘t forget I actually use Thesis on one of my sites and so I’m saying this from experience as I have made the change.
