Mobile Speed Is Important

Last week I did a post on The Need For Mobile Speed. Over the weekend I used the points in that post to increase the mobile speed of three more of my blogs. Those blogs were my Buy Online Lotto Tickets, Get Online Lottery and A Loving Memorial. While it was easier having a template to follow I found that different sites have different hurdles to jump. I persevered all the same because mobile speed is important! Why Mobile Speed Is Important As I mentioned in my previous post my latest need for mobile speed was brought on by my good mate Mitch’s post. You’ll find links to his exceptional posts about his search for improving mobile speed in my previous post. Mobile speed is important to me because I need to keep Google happy in order to get a good listing in their search engines. Having to please Google…

Is CommentLuv Bad For SEO

I have noticed of late that a few bloggers have removed CommentLuv from their blogs. That’s fine except that it irks me a teensy weeny little bit when they do so for the wrong reasons. Especially when they post about it on their blog spreading the wrong information about a great plugin. I’ve read several posts that say that CommentLuv is bad for SEO! You don’t believe me, check out this post titled Goodbye CommentLiuv where the 5th point definitely states CommentLuv is bad for SEO. He’s not the only one that states this either. Firstly, CommentLuv was not developed to be a SEO plugin as was stated by one of his commenters. Copyright secured by Digiprove © 2014

A Plugin That Increases Click Through Rates

CTR

There is a very good reason why many bloggers are not making sales and that is because they have a low click through rate. After all, it stands to reason, unless people click on your affiliate links you’re just not going to make any sales. Like most bloggers I would write a post with what I hope are strategically placed affiliate links using what I hope are the right keywords to encourage people to click on them. Unfortunately that’s where it ends. I don’t worry about split testing the anchor text links inside the blog content because it’s all too hard. This is a real shame because  even though I know certain anchor text keywords can lead to a substantial click through rate over other anchor text phrases I don’t have the time or inclination to work out what ones work the best. This is where WP Linkizer comes to the…

How Wp Zon Builder Is Going To Make Me Money In 2013

WP Zon builder plugin

I’ve been alluding to a new niche blog I’ve started for awhile now and I’ve been busting to tell people about it, so much so that I did tell my list members which did make me feel somewhat more relieved. Before I introduce that blog to you guys though I want to tell you why, after already having so many blogs, I would want to start another niche blog. It all has to do wit an experiment I was conducting with {WP-Zon-Builder}. If you have been following my blog you would have noticed that leading up to Christmas I was doing a daily post offering ideas of what I believed would make great Christmas gifts. I was only able to do this because of Wp Zon Builder because it made it all so easy. At the end of that month upon checking my Amazon stats I saw that those posts generated…

How To Optimize Your WordPress Blog

web page speed

I promised you in the last post that I would tell you how to optimize your blog so that you can increase it’s speed and at the same time keep Google happy. Before optimising this blog and moving it to {inmotion hosting}, it used to take over 12 seconda for the page to fully load. Now it takes around 3 seconds. You have to admit that is a pretty big difference. This post will be the first of a series of posts that wil explain how it did it. The first step was to resolve the issues suppled by Google’s Page Speed Insight. The initial scan of this blog showed that as far as Google was concerned I had some high priority issues to resolve. For the purpose of this post I will show you how to resolve these issues starting off with serving scaled images. Copyright secured by Digiprove © 2012-2015
