Good post and some decent CSS resources there! I love CSS and think that what some of these guys are doing is phenomenal. I am new to CSS myself and only have limited knowledge but you gotta start somewhere.

Hey,
I see you mentioned flexsqueeze – Im also an avid user of this them. I find it very helpful for all the necessary tasks when I set up new websites and gives me a fantastic look for the one-off cost. Ive noticed more and more blogs are using the flexability theme lately.

It’s really an interesting & challenging topic. A lot of new bloggers would be at loss of words & ideas to choose the best one, especially for new ones. It’s great to see the effort to help newbies. i really think CCS & PHP information form these sights is going to be useful to everyone.

in my point of view the CSS is very good for the promotion of the blogs & sites because it gives the idea for the link building & i am very agreed with kikolani about the point for having the link building one has to learn the good knowledge of the css galleries!
